ABOUT ME
I was a voracious reader from a young age and showed early interest and talent in creative writing. I obtained a degree in Creative Writing from Agnes Scott College, during which time I wrote a one-act play, "The Luscious Rubella," which was produced by the Agnes Scott theater department as their annual children's production. After college I stepped back from writing for a while to pursue other interests such as website design and filmmaking. Some time later, I got involved with a local writers' group and re-ignited my desire to share my ideas with the world. I produced several short stories for the writers' group anthologies and now, after much labor, finally have a novel ready for agents.
I value fiction as a way to share human experiences in an intimate, but not embarrassingly personal, way. I hope that my writing will both entertain my readers and inspire them toward good.
